TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A minimum of one months rent is to be paid as a deposit and refundable on vacation of the property provided that all outstanding bills have been settled and the property and its contents are left in a clean and undamaged condition.
   
2. One months rent is to be paid in advance and thereafter by standing order mandate on a calendar month basis.
   
3. Registration is free.
   
4. If we find accommodation for you, the Administration charge is as follows:
   1. One weeks rent or a minimum of £100.00
   2. Details of re-location packages available on request
      
5. Employers references must be provided before the commencement of the tenancy. Bank and Credit references may also be required.
   
6. As part of our service to Tenants, P.A.S. will carry out Gas and Electricity meter readings in the presence of the tenant on moving in and out of the property. Local authorities will be informed for the purpose of Council Tax, Water Authorities will be advised where applicable. The tenant is expected to make their own arrangements for telephone re-connections where required.
   
7. Our standards are high and all properties are well maintained and in good clean order throughout.
