If you require a tenant but wish to manage the property yourself, this is the service for you.

Under this service, we will carry out the following:-

  • Finding a suitable tenant
  • Tenancy Agreement
  • Collection of  first months rent and Deposit
  • Arrange for the Tenants Deposit to be lodged with the DPS in accordance with the Housing Act 2004
  • Fully detailed inventory and check in service

Once the Tenant/s has been checked into the property, all other aspects of the management including the return of the Tenants deposit will be the responsibility of the owner.
